Recently, several domestic companies specializing in core components for cleaning equipment have released a new generation of high-pressure cleaning machine-specific plunger pumps. These pumps have undergone specialized optimization for three main scenarios: commercial car washing, industrial rust removal and scale removal, and municipal road cleaning. They address common industry issues such as traditional plunger pumps leaking easily, being intolerant of high temperatures, and having a short continuous working lifespan. These innovations help improve the overall quality and reduce costs of domestic high-pressure cleaning machines, driving the high-quality development of the cleaning equipment industry.

The high-pressure plunger pump is the core component of high-pressure cleaning machines, directly determining the water pressure output, cleaning efficiency, and overall lifespan of the equipment. Compared to ordinary centrifugal pumps, plunger pumps have higher pressure and more stable water output. They are currently the standard components for commercial and industrial high-pressure cleaning equipment. The product is available in both household and commercial versions, with rated pressures ranging from 15MPa to 30MPa, catering to various applications such as car washing at retail stores, equipment cleaning at construction sites, pipe cleaning, and removing adhesives from bridges. Additionally, the new product has optimized its internal oil circuit structure, resulting in a 10-decibel reduction in overall machine noise and a 7% decrease in energy consumption, aligning with the requirements for green and energy-efficient development of cleaning equipment.

According to data from the China General Machinery Industry Association, by 2025, the domestic market size for high-pressure cleaning equipment will exceed 18 billion yuan.
