The high-pressure cleaning gun is the handheld control component of the high-pressure cleaner, connected to a high-pressure hose, and realizes high-pressure water injection through a trigger-controlled valve. It is divided into three categories: household car washing short guns, commercial long guns, and industrial ultra-high-pressure guns. The core material is copper valve + ceramic valve core and stainless steel gun rod, with a pressure rating of 100-500bar (1500-7200PSI).
I. Core Structure and Working Principle
1. Basic composition

Two kinds of valve control principle
Overflow type (market mainstream)
Pull the trigger → The valve closes and water pressure builds up to produce water; release the trigger → The overflow valve releases pressure, and the pump circulates at low pressure without damaging it, making it suitable for both household and commercial use.
Cut-off type (industrial ultra-high pressure)
The trigger pipe continues to maintain pressure, relying on the pump's built-in relief valve for pressure relief, suitable for rust removal and paint removal in heavy-duty conditions at 500 bar, with higher sealing requirements.

Household short gun (100-200 bar, 3000 PSI within)
Appearance: Compact, all-in-one handle design; lightweight.
Purpose: household car washing, patio flooring, doors and windows, air conditioning units.
Standard Features: Five-color fan-shaped nozzles + foam PA sprayer.
Material: engineered plastic casing, brass internal valve.
2. Commercial extended-length pumps (200–350 bar, 4500 PSI).
Bar length: 30–120 cm. Hand-held anti-slip secondary grip to counteract the high-pressure recoil.
