Introduction to the PA foam pitcher.
I. Core Principles
High-pressure water flows through the spout chamber → creates negative pressure → draws the car wash liquid from the spout into the liquid intake tube → mixes with water and air → undergoes foaming through the foam net/spray core shear foaming → emits a thick foam.
Nozzle: Determines flow rate and foaming effect. Common diameters range from 1.05 to 1.4 mm. Must be compatible with the pressure/flow rate of the washing machine.
Concentration knob: Counterclockwise → foam becomes thicker; clockwise → foam becomes thinner.
Fan-shaped adjustment: adjust the angle of the nozzle outlet to control the width and direction of the spray.
II. Structural Composition
The body of the pot: Typically made of transparent PET/PE, with a capacity of around 1L, featuring markings, and resistant to corrosion.
The spout (core):
Interface: Standard G1/4 quick-connect fitting, compatible with most household car washes.
Cavity: Copper / Stainless Steel / Alloy. Copper offers good value for money, stainless steel is durable, and alloys are best suited for high-pressure applications.
Liquid suction adjustment: The knob controls the amount of liquid suction and foam concentration.
Foam core/mesh: The critical foam component that determines the fineness of the foam.
Fan panel adjuster: adjusts the width and angle of the fan’s spray pattern.
III. Types and Selection
Water-mixing type (mainstream): The car wash solution needs to be diluted according to a specific ratio (typically 1:10). It’s user-friendly and less likely to damage the paint.
Original Liquid Type: Add the original liquid directly; the concentration can be adjusted. It’s suitable for frequent car washing. High requirements are placed on compatibility with machines and spray cores.
Key considerations for purchase:
Material: Priority given to fully copper/stainless steel chambers for their corrosion resistance and excellent sealing properties.
Nozzle type: For household machines (100 bar/8L/min), choose 1.2 mm; for low-pressure machines (<1500W), use 1.05–1.1 mm; for high-pressure machines (>150 bar), use 1.3–1.4 mm.
Interface: Confirmed to be a G1/4 quick-connect fitting, compatible with our own water hoses.
Brand: For beginners, opt for domestic brands (e.g., Green Land, Yi Li); for advanced users, choose MJJC, MaxShine, and others.
