In terms of quality control, a comprehensive quality inspection system has been established, covering all stages from component procurement to finished product shipment. The “three-inspection system” is implemented, ensuring that the pass rate of core products remains above 99.5%. This unwavering quality has earned market recognition. Regarding after-sales service, the service response mechanism has been upgraded, resulting in a 40% decrease in customer complaints and a satisfaction rate of 97%. In terms of product innovation, we have closely monitored industry demands for energy efficiency and intelligence, successfully developing two types of permanent magnet high-pressure cleaning machines that are better suited for industrial production and civilian applications.
