Commercial car wash / sanitation (150-250 bar): nickel-plated brass + ceramic plunger (durable and resistant).
Industrial / chemical / hot water (200-500 bar): 316 stainless steel + ceramic plunger (corrosion resistance and high temperature).
Seawater / Strong corrosion: dual-phase stainless steel (2,507 + ceramic studs).
IV. Common Misconceptions
❌Pure copper = whole copper: mostly brass (copper-zinc alloy), non-purple copper;Copper is too soft to be suitable for high pressure.
❌Stainless steel must be better: ordinary scenes of brass are enough, cheaper and better sealed; Stainless steel has advantages only in corrosion / high temperature scenarios.
❌Ceramic cylinders will not break: dry rotation and empty rotation are strictly forbidden, otherwise they are easily cracked; Preheating for alternating use of hot and cold water.
