The manufacture must testing it very carefully to ensure the consistent qualification of the product.It’s possible that the ceramic plunger can be loose and hard to maintenance.Cause the all-ceramic plunger is connected to the base metal using threads. The self-locking property between ceramics and metal threads is relatively weak. As a result, maintenance is quite inconvenient. Maintenance is inconvenient because the entire ceramic plunger is installed as a whole within the casing. If the plunger is damaged, it needs to be disassembled from the inside of the casing in order to replace it. For this reason, manufacturers usually opt for semi-ceramic plungers, which are more cost-effective.
