How To Check When The High Pressure Washer No Pressure ?
When we use a high pressure washer, we may encounter a situation where the cleaner has no pressure, from time to time. We can usually
check the problem one by one from the following aspects.
1. NOZZLE WEAR OR DAMAGE:
Long-term use may cause the nozzle to wear or damage, affecting the water outlet pressure.
2. PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE PROBLEM:
The high pressure washer regulating valve may not be adjusted to the high-pressure position, or the pin may be damaged, resulting in the inability
to effectively spray high-pressure water.
3. INSUFFICIENT WATER SUPPLY:
The water inlet speed is less than the water outlet speed, resulting in a gradual decrease in the amount of water, which in turn affects the water outlet pressure.
4. BLOCKAGE OF THE FILTER DEVICE:
The high pressure washer filter element or filter device is blocked, affecting the flow of water and reducing the water outlet pressure.
5. AGING OF THE OVERFLOW VALVE:
Aging of the overflow valve may cause a large amount of water overflow and low pressure
6. INTERNAL FAULTS:
Failure of internal components of the high pressure washer, wear of high-wear parts, blockage of internal pipes, etc. may all lead to no pressure.
7. THERE IS AIR IN THE WATER INLET FILTER:
The air in the clean water inlet filter should be exhausted to ensure the output of standard water outlet pressure.
8 . HIGH-PRESSURE PIPES AND FILTER devices are kinked, bent or damaged.
These conditions will cause poor water flow and affect the water outlet pressure.
In response to the above reasons, appropriate measures can be taken to repair or replace parts, such as replacing the nozzle, pressure regulating valve,
water supply filter, overflow valve, internal faulty parts, etc., to ensure that the high pressure washer machine resumes normal operation.
